Web Services (AWS) Japan
I work as a Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Japan.
As a Support Engineer, I don't handle all AWS services; my specialty
is Linux-related services.
My main is not only EC2, but also ElastiCache, Systems Manager, and
FSx ONTAP.
What is support engineer?
My job is to help AWS users (mainly company people) resolve
technical issues that arise on AWS.
I handle a wide range of inquiries, such as: "I can't access my website!",
"I can't connect via SSH!", "Some error occurred!" …and many more!
I also handle third-party application configuration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and architecture guidance. (Reference)
